This warranty is void for any damages due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, improper care of finishes, or use of any replacement parts other than genuine Hamat parts. The use of any lead based acidic curing adhesive, mastic or plumber’s putty will void the finish warranty.

This warranty is made to the original consumer purchaser in the orignial installation and is effective from the date of purchase as shown on purchaser's receipt. During the warranty period, Hamat will repair or replace any part, at Hamat’s discretion, which proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty granted by Hamat and is in lieu of all other warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose and is further limited to defective parts replacement only. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement as well as incidental and consequential damages connected therewith are excluded and will not be paid for by Hamat.

This warranty does not effect the consumer’s staturtory rights under existing local, state or federal laws in force, and where any terms of this Warranty are prohibited or unenforceable by applicable laws, those terms are deemed null and void but the remainder of the warranty shall remain in effect.
